Fort Lauderdale healthcare management company is seeking a Director of Finance and Accounting. In this role you will manage the accounting and finance staff, ensure timely production of the monthly financial statements, produce and manage the budget, analyze financial results, manage cash flow, assist in annual audit, work on tax planning and reporting as well as ad-hoc projects. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in healthcare with ERP knowledge and demonstrated experience in financial management.

Salary Range: $130,000 to $140,000

In this role you will conduct the timely monthly close process, assist in budgeting and forecasting, conduct variance analysis, support the external auditor, generate ad-hock reports and other assigned accounting related duties. In this role you will maintain the corporate G/L, prepare billings, post payments, follow up on collections, enter invoices, pay vendors and subcontractors, update and review weekly payables, process credit card payments, monitor daily cash flow, prepare and process payroll as well as assist in HR.
